If you are interested in becoming a member of the Haitian Caribbean Chamber of Commerce in Japan (HCCJ), please visit our Membership Categories page to review the available membership options and complete the appropriate application form.
We offer several membership categories to accommodate businesses, organizations, and individuals. Each category includes its own membership benefits, privileges, annual fees, and payment methods.
Platinum and Gold Members
Please complete the above application form and make sure to mention in the motivation box that you are interested in Platinum or Gold membership - Our team will provide you with immediate further instructions, and payment will be made by invoice.
Corporate, Small Business, Association, Non-Profit Organization, and Individual Members
Complete the application form and proceed with payment by credit or debit card. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Membership Approval
All membership applications are subject to approval by the HCCJ Board of Governors. Once your application and payment have been received, your application will be reviewed at the next Board meeting. Upon approval, your membership will become official. If an application is not approved, any membership fees paid will be refunded in full.
Renewal
Memberships are valid for one year from the date of activation and are automatically renewed annually unless the member submits a Membership Discontinuation Form prior to the renewal date.
